Hi all. Just a quick note from your busy editor. Unfortunately, the "one month temp-to-perm" situation turned into a four week contract job. The last week, the client informed me that they had just instituted a hiring freeze. So, I'm out looking for another job at this point and pretty heavily occupied. Network operation seems nominal, but unfortunately I haven't been able to give it enough attention to push various projects along.

The Billennium Party was a lot of fun. The transcript is here. Thanks to everyone who stopped by. Needless to say, if you know of anyone who is looking for a contract or full time person to work on perl or C coding, Linux or Unix admin or to consult on open source business integration, please have them take a look at my resume.
