The dancer ircd project maintains the current platform for Open Projects Net. It consists of a modified hybrid ircd. Our current lead coder, asuffield, is experiencing some time allocation problems and it's probably a good time to get more people involved in the 1.0.x tree. If you do sockets coding in C and are interested in working with a somewhat unusual implementation of ircd, we definitely could use your help.
