Note: The filing fees were paid to the state of Florida. The original intent was to file in Florida, since I had moved there to take a job. There was a flaw in the document and it was set aside, which was just as well because soon thereafter it became obvious that the job would not become permanent and that we'd be moving to Houston. Subsequent consultations involved modifying the documents for Texas incorporation and we're still in the process of finishing that up.
